Heya,

Whenever you can’t connect to your Droplet, try to ping it first. See if that works. If it doesn’t your next step would be the Recovery Console:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/recovery/recovery-console/

If you can’t connect to your Droplet again, then reboot it and see any of the two above.

If you can connect to your Droplet via the recovery console but you can’t ping it, then your Network is down, so you might need to troubleshoot the problem.

If none of those work, contact DigitalOcean support as they would be able to further assist you.

Hi

Thanks fory our help

But this still does not work

Thanks

Hello, @devopsintegration

If you’re unable to access your droplet via ssh-client you can use the DigitalOcean recovery console to regain access to your droplet.

The Recovery Console provides out-of-band access and is available regardless of your network settings. It emulates the access you would have if you were sitting down with a keyboard and monitor attached to the actual server. You can use this feature to log in and revert bad settings to regain normal access.

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/recovery/recovery-console/

You can also perform power-cycle on your droplet and check again if the droplet is responsive.

Regards
