I have four DigitalOcean apps. For the past three weeks, I haven’t been able to see runtime logs, and the screens are completely black. What should I do? I’ve even tried force-rebuilding the app, but it’s still not working.

This is quite interesting, do you by any chance have enabled log forwarding to forward application logs to external log providers?
This would explain why you don’t see the logs in the App Platform UI as they would be forwarded to your log provider.
If this is not the case, I could suggest reaching out to the DigitalOcean support team who will be able to further investigate this for you:

I have the same issue. Sometimes if I select the text of the runtime log box I can see it, though sometimes it’s just some garbage symbols what I find there. This has been like this I’d say for months now, sometimes working, sometimes not working. Super weird they haven’t fixed it yet.
