What you would need to do is to log in to your DigitalOcean Control Panel and destroy all of your Droplets as per the instructions here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/destroy
Then once you’ve deleted all of your services, you can close your account in case that you are no longer going to need it as per the instructions here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/accounts/deactivate/
