How to setup build.cmd on windows

As I was following through the tutorial on functions I ran into an error with install requests module… please how can I install the requests module before deploying the functions… Also am I to install vitualvenv Please can someone put me through on windows

Can you confirm which tutorial exactly are you following?
What I could suggest is using the
--remote-buildflag, so that the build process is executed on the DigitalOcean infrastructure rather than your local laptop.Let me know how it goes.
