Straight to the question: Can I create a droplet and host an adult website with explicit content on DigitalOcean? Is it allowed?
I mean a porn site that complies with all applicable laws.

DigitalOcean may permit, in its sole discretion, adult websites that abide by state and federal law and regulation.
Having said that, you’ll need to contact DigitalOcean support rather than the community here, they should be able to provide you with more detailed information and definitively confirm if you can or not.
