missing permissions for kubernetes cluster-admin user

I updated the cluster-admin of digital ocean kubernetes user by mistake. And now i nearly i don’t have any permission even when try to access the kubernetes dashboard , i got an errors that i don’t have access. so is there any way to retrieve the role , reset it or update it?
