I’m reaching out to request your assistance regarding a billing issue for a PostgreSQL database service that I deleted approximately 12 days ago.
The service is listed in the Billing section and in the project activity history as dbaas-db-7326543 (PostgreSQL). Although I deleted the entire project named “first-proyect”, which included this database and a Python image, I’ve noticed that the database continues to incur charges, currently totaling $5.45 USD.
The Python image was successfully removed at the time of deletion, but the PostgreSQL database does not appear in any active service section of my account — not in Databases, Droplets, or any other dashboard section where I could manage or remove it manually.
I kindly ask for your support in reviewing this charge, as I no longer have access to the service and have no way to stop the ongoing billing.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let me know if you need any further information from my side.

Hi there,
For billing issues, you should reach out to DigitalOcean support directly at https://do.co/support for further assistance with the billing review.
They can help investigate the ongoing charges and resolve the issue.

Hey @juanpabloscubadiver,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue!
Hope that helps!
