Hello, I have tried to notify Digital Ocean but have not received a response until now.
About 12 hours ago until now our website, mojok.co and mojok.co/terminal could not be accessed properly.
We didn’t make any changes. We checked the load balancer and server, everything is fine. It’s just that there’s something a little strange about the disk i/o.
Since last night there has been an increase in traffic, but we upgraded our load balancer a week ago. We also tried activating Cloudflare attack mode to anticipate DDoS, but there was still no change.
Please help. Thank You.

Heya, @sandylightcyansubmarine
The site is loading just fine at the moment. What I can suggest is to review the settings in CloudFlare for DDoS protection and ensure they’re optimal. You can also consider enabling a CDN in order to improve the performance.
If the increase in traffic is legitimate, you may need to consider scaling up your server resources to handle the higher load. This could involve upgrading your server, load balancer, or adding additional servers to your infrastructure.

Hey,
I’ve just checked your site, and it appears to be up and running smoothly now.
The issue with disk I/O might have been a temporary spike due to the increased traffic. It’s good that you’ve activated Cloudflare’s attack mode; it should help mitigate any potential DDoS threats.
If everything on your server and load balancer looks normal, the problem might have resolved itself thanks to the Cloudflare DDoS protection. However, keep monitoring your resources closely. If the issue recurs, consider investigating your server logs for any unusual activity or errors.
I would also suggest considering adding some extra resources to the server like RAM and CPU so that you could have some extra buffer in such cases.
Best,
Bobby
Heya,
I can see the website us up now, which is good. Can you let me know what services are you using with DO? We here in the community can’t access account information and thus I’m asking.
Maybe we can help troubleshoot the source of the issue.
