I think this is due to launch today so obviously not available yet, but hopefully DO are planning a release soon?

Hello, @kennybedful
The Ubuntu 20.04 LTS droplet image is now available in all regions and you can spin up a droplet using this image right away!
You can also check our updated guide on the initial server setup with Ubuntu 20.04 - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/initial-server-setup-with-ubuntu-20-04

Hello, @dannymx
The process of upgrading the distribution is not always that straight forward. I will recommend you to backup your droplet (create a snapshot) and also backup your files and databases before doing a dist upgrade.
We’re working on the release of Ubuntu 20.04 tutorials at the moment and once we’re ready we will post about this in our social media accounts. Stay tuned!
Regards, Alex
Hi there @kennybedful,
We’re expecting to be able to launch the Ubuntu 20.04 image on our platform shortly. Our Engineers are working to test and ensure it is ready to go. We don’t have an exact release time to provide, but please keep an eye on our Images Release Notes here, which will be updated once Ubuntu 20.04 is live!
Hope that helps! - Matt.
