Did certbot break on Ubuntu WordPress on 18.04 or vice versa

Fresh install running wp_setup.sh from /opt/digitalocean/

also can’t upload a theme, again, fresh installation of Ubuntu WordPress on 18.04

These errors are not from Certbot, but rather from the WP-CLI utility.Try upgrading or re-installing WP-CLI.

Hey Jason, thanks for your time on this, I just installed the certbot manually

the problem was the apache config failed to write / rewrite certbot --apache settings

I ended up blasting the droplet, reinstalling and manually installing certbot :)
