How to run different php version on different folder

I have setup multiple php versions. i have setup fpm for multiple php version, i am able to use multiple php version based on virtual host. but i have single folder on root like projects and it contains multiple projects inside it so i want to use different php version for each of them using .htaccess or anyhow if any other way for that. please guide me how it can be achived. Thanks
