Is letsencrypt DNS having trouble - can't get it to issue certificate

Is the letsencrypt certbot having DNS issues?? I’ve been trying to issue a new certificate since yesterday but it keeps saying it can’t find A record–even though it’s definitely there. I’ve done this several times before for other domains and never had this issue. The domain in question is zolnareport.com and www.zolnareport.com
