I’ll suggest using the docs about this. There is an article exactly for that which I think will help you from start to finish:
Although you can’t transfer a Droplet to another user directly, you can transfer a snapshot of a Droplet to another user, who can then recreate the Droplet from the snapshot. Basically, you do a snapshot and transfer over the snapshot.
