software spam solution, please advise?

We are getting a lot of spam messages being filled out from our software website, even after having captcha code, we are getting tons of spam messages a day, is there a way to stop this?

Unlike the traditional challenge-response captcha, reCAPTCHA v3 works in the background and assigns a “spam score” to interactions, which helps filter out spammy submissions without disrupting real users:
