Transfer of snapshot that contains a ServerPilot installation (change in IP)?

I have a snapshot which I will be transferring to another account, however it has ServerPilot already installed on it so I’m curious to know what will happen once the IP changes?

I cannot simply update the ServerPilot server to the new IP, and I cannot add it as a new server to the account since it already has the installation.

I believe that once the original server is shut down you can start the new server.

ServerPilot should be designed to recognize the server even if the IP address has changed, however you can double check their docs and reach to their team just to confirm this.

Heya,

I’m not sure how ServerPilot works however I am sure you can contact their Support and say that you’ve changed your Droplet’s IP address and to make it available for your installation
