Vesta CP - Can't access website without WWW

Hi guys,

I can’t access website without www. All work fine on main domain but when I add new domain I can access only with www. Does anybody know what is the problem?

Hi @vijaykumarmaurya ,

thank you. I was a little bit suspicious when I saw 10.18.0.5 which is main IP in Vesta. It looks all work just fine.

Hi secretja,

May you let me know your domain name, or the Hosting server IP address correctly pointing to main domain.try to ping with www and without www. What is the output you are getting.paste here…
