Question

Which root certificates are installed in PHP:8.2 App Function Runtime?

We have a simple php Function deployed on App Platform, it calls an external API. The external party informed us they will switch certificate provider. I suspect the root certificate of their new provider is just included in the default roots, but how can we check this? Is the runtime documented in such detail somewhere? We use the PHP 8.2 Functions Runtime.

Hey @janmisker,

I believe that there is no way of doing this manually, but this should include all major certificate authorities.

If you need information for a specific one, what you could do is to try and reach out to the DigitalOcean support team who might be able to verify that for you:

Hope that helps!
