Amy Butte currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Navan.

In addition, Amy has extensive experience as an independent director, strategic advisor and entrepreneur. She currently serves as a director for Bain Capital Specialty Finance and Bain Capital Private Credit, and strategic advisor to the Long-Term Stock Exchange.

During her career, Amy has cultivated a particular expertise in guiding companies through the complexities of maturing from private to public. Most notably, she led the New York Stock Exchange through its IPO in 2006 when she served as its CFO. She also founded TILE Financial, which offered online investment learning services, and has served on the boards of BNP Paribas USA, Iron Spark I, the Fidelity Investment Strategic Advisers Funds, Accion International and the Women’s Forum of New York.

Amy holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
